Who is attorney Richard Griffin?
Attorney Richard Griffin and his law firm has over 20 years of experience successfully handling personal injury, workers’ comp, and social security claims. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Education from Emory University and his Juris Doctor from Georgia State College of Law. Mr. Griffin is passionate about helping injured people through outstanding representation that delivers great results. How much are our attorneys fees?
Our firm represents our personal injury, workers’ comp, and Social Security disability clients based on a contingency fee basis. This means that you only pay us if you win your case. There are no retainers or out of pocket expenses for our injury and disability clients. The attorney fee rates are among the lowest in the legal community and are outlined below:
- Personal Injury Attorney Fee: Our contingency fee is one third for cases resolved without litigation and 40% for cases that require litigation. We will advise you, but it is ultimately your decision if you settle your case with or without litigation.
- Workers’ Comp Attorney Fee: Our contingency fee for workers’ comp claims is 25% of your recovery. This is the contingency fee set by the Workers’ Compensation Act of Georgia.
- Social Security Attorney Fee: Our contingency fee for Social Security disability is 25% of the back disability benefits we win for you. Our attorney fee cannot exceed $6,000. You do not pay any attorney fee on the ongoing future Social Security disability benefits.
